Payments
Stripe Connect
Rent is charged against your own connected Stripe account, so funds are yours the moment they clear. Recurring rent runs on real Stripe subscriptions with billing-cycle anchors and proration.
E-signature
DocuSign
Leases are generated from the rental record, sent for signature, and filed back against the rental. Completion is confirmed over a webhook verified by HMAC.
Zoho Sign
The same flow through a second provider. The provider is recorded per rental, so switching later does not orphan agreements you have already executed.
Gate access
OpenTech
Access codes are issued as part of move-in and stop working when the rental ends. Calls to the provider retry on a configured backoff so a brief outage does not strand a tenant at the gate.
